Given to Hitomi by Ryo after defeating the Sonic Phantom. He took the top half of the Mobile Defense tank and gave it legs. Now that he is piloting the Cyclone Defender, he had no use for the tank, so he made Hit-Man for any potential new pilot under Sensei Keiken's orders. When the EXO-FORCE found the golden city, Hitomi was defending the Golden Tower from Sonic Raven. Under orders she was given the Hit-Man mech( or as in EXO -FORCE "battle Machines"). which is a serious threat to the Robot army and Mecha one. (note i Failed to put my Hitomi Mini-Fig in the cock-pit, i had Ryu in there instead
