Description

Based of one of Mr.Botltron's tutorials. This is my latest and greatest MOC. In fact it's my much needed redo of my self MOC. I only have to create custom upper arms  and legs and it'll be 100% custom. Also need to to come up with a better weapon. Total time so far, 5 hours.

though I suppose it could also be a surge revamp.
